On trying to open BillQuick, it gets stuck at the loading of the splash screen and does not start the application.
This can happen if the Windows registry for BillQuick gets corrupted. To fix the issue, you need to make changes to the BillQuick registry entries on the computer running BillQuick. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open the Registry Editor. You can type regedit in Windows search to find it.
- In the Registry Editor, locate the folder of your current BillQuick version:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > BQE > BQ20XX - Delete or rename the folder by right-clicking it and selecting the relevant option.
- Open BillQuick again. You should now be able to access it.
