User cannot open Report Center in Web Suite and gets the following error:
This happens if the Report Center Application Pool is stopped. To fix this, you need to start the Application Pool again on the workstation (or server) where Web Suite is installed. To do so, follow these steps:
- On the computer running Web Suite, open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. You can type inetmgr in Windows search to find it.
- In IIS Manager, click on Application Pools and locate WS20XXReportCenterAppPool.
- Right-click this pool and select Start to change its status from Stopped to Started.
- You can now access the Report Center from your Web Suite application.
