User has synced some payments from BillQuick to QuickBooks, but they get deposited in the Undeposited Funds account instead of a specific checking account.
This is the expected behavior in QuickBooks. By default, the payments get deposited to the Undeposited Funds account if you have configured QuickBooks to automatically receive payments.
If you want to change the account where the payments get deposited in QuickBooks, you need to un-check the Use Undeposited Funds as a default deposit to account option.
