Some BillQuick keyboard shortcuts do not work properly when running Windows 7 in Parallels on a Mac system.
This happens because Parallels has changed the region and language settings of Windows.
These settings can be changed to back to the default. Here are the steps to fix the issue:
1. On the Windows 7 system, open Control Panel and go to the Region and Language settings.
2. Select the Keyboards and Languages tab, and click Change keyboards.
3. Add English (US) and then choose this as the Default input language above. Click Apply.
4. Back on the Region and Language screen, select Additional settings and click Reset to restore the system default settings for numbers, currency, time and date.
