User is not able to use the time-saving Auto Complete feature in BillQuick 20xx.
There is a security feature in BillQuick 20xx that may be preventing you from using it. A user with access to the Security screen, such as the Supervisor or your manager, can change that security by going to the Settings menu>Security>Set Security. Choose the correct Employee ID and Module Name - Auto Complete.
Check the options 5 and 6 (Allow Update/Delete Shared).
