User cannot assign new users in BillQuick. In the Product Licensing and User Management Console, user tries to assign an available license to a new user but it fails and gives a message that all the licenses are assigned.
Check your View By option - choose Employees or Vendors, as desired. Also, un-check the Show Active Only option to verify whether a missing license is assigned to a vendor/employee who may be an inactive user with a license still assigned to them.
