BillQuick Online can sync directly with its corresponding version of the BillQuick desktop application using the BillQuick Online Sync Tool. You can also sync this data indirectly with your accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree (now Sage 50) or MYOB Australia. This can be achieved in two steps:
Step 1:
If you want to integrate your BillQuick Online data with QuickBooks, the first step is to download and install BillQuick on your desktop computer/laptop and set up a company database. If your computer has an Internet connection, you can sync data between the BillQuick desktop and BillQuick Online databases using the BillQuick Online Sync Tool (click here to download and install it). This sync brings the two databases to the same level. You can control what data transfers to and from BillQuick using the synchronization settings in this tool. Only BillQuick Online Owner/Administrator will be able to integrate data between the two applications.

Step 2:
Once you have integrated data between BillQuick Online and BillQuick desktop, the second step is to further sync that data with your accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree (now Sage 50) or MYOB Australia. You can be very specific in determining how data flows to and from BillQuick, and also which General Ledger accounts in QuickBooks (or other accounting software) are posted. For data integration, you can specify sync options on the Integration Settings screen and then use the BillQuick>Integration menu to transfer each type of data.
