If you have multiple QuickBooks databases (like Accountants) or multiple BillQuick databases, extreme caution must be taken to verify which databases are open and communicating prior to data sync. You can check that on the Integration Settings screen as well as by running both applications.
There are instances where previously linked records may no longer be linked. One such example is after restoring a backup copy. Note the following in that case.
BillQuick recognizes when it is connected to a different QuickBooks database than it had been synced with previously and issues a warning.
You must confirm this before proceeding.
