User is unable to use the Export to Excel option in the Time Entry Sheet View screen in BillQuick as it is grayed out.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. The BillQuick Administrator must go to BillQuick > Settings menu > Security > Set Security.
2. Select your Employee ID and then select the Time Entry module from the list.
3. Uncheck the permission "06. Disable Sending Time Entries to Excel" on the right and then click Save.
