Users get an ASP.NET server error for the Web Suite or ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 20xx application stating:
ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice: Could not load file or assembly or one of its dependencies.
Web Suite: Could not load file or assembly “BQTimeLock2015Netx64” or one of its dependencies.
This typically happens on a Windows 8.1/2012 system or when your web server does not have Microsoft Framework 4.0 64-bit installed and configured in IIS. Web Suite and ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 20xx are 64-bit applications and hence this error.
It can be resolved by changing the settings as below:
ArchiOffice: Change the AO20xxAppPool > Advanced Settings > Enable 32-Bit Applications to False.
Web Suite: Change the WS20xxAppPool > Advanced Settings > Enable 32-Bit Applications to False.
