User wants to sync data between Web Suite or BillQuick Online with the desktop version of BillQuick. Or is it automatic?
There is no sync between Web Suite and BillQuick desktop. Since you are responsible for hosting Web Suite, you will have both Web Suite and BillQuick applications pointing to the same database. So any information entered in Web Suite is also available in real-time to you in BillQuick desktop.
Data sync applies to BillQuick Online and BillQuick desktop only since the former is hosted by BQE. You need to sync your data between the cloud version and desktop only if you are using BillQuick desktop as well. You can have an on-demand sync or auto-sync, as desired. The sync options are set in and controlled by the BillQuick Online Sync Tool. It is recommended to spend some time to set up your sync settings and rules for data sync between the cloud (BillQuick Online) and desktop version (BillQuick).
