When syncing data between ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice and Microsoft Outlook, the sync happens only one way. It sends the data to Outlook but does not get data the other way, as it should.
The following error is also associated with this issue at times:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040305): Your server administrator has limited the number of items you can open simultaneously. Try closing messages you have opened or removing attachments and images from unsent messages you are composing.
On your Microsoft Exchange server, you need to turn on Cached Exchange Mode. This should resolve the issue.
