The user is having a problem with running the BillQuick Outlook Add-In application.
You might have installed BillQuick Outlook Add-In when your Microsoft Outlook was running or Outlook application was running in cache mode. This means that even when you close the application, it stays open in the system tray.
To solve this problem, go to Task Manager and end outlook.exe process. Also, uninstall and then re-install the BillQuick Outlook Add-In application.
