User is unable to search for items prior to running a report in ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 20xx. Even after entering the search criteria for reports, it displays a list of records instead of taking you back to the Reports screen and showing the searched set on reports.
You can fix this issue by following the steps below:
1. On the server machine, go to the command prompt and type IISReset to restart the IIS Services.
2. On your computer (client machine), close all the ArchiOffice tabs in your browser.
3. Once closed, clear your browser cache. To know how to clear the cache, read this KB article.
When done, your ArchiOffice reports will run normally again.
