BillQuick user wants to restrict the reports an employee can run and also the data shown on them.
This can be done by assigning reports to users through the Report Permissions and Employee Control screens. To do so:
1. Assign an employee to projects from the Employee Control screen (Settings menu).
2. Enable Employee Control for the Report Center and Standard Reports/Custom Reports options from the Security tab of the Employee Control screen.
3. In the Report Permissions screen (Settings menu > Security), remove all report permissions for the employee except the ones you want to give access to.
For example, employee AB will now be able to run only allocation report and see the results for the two projects assigned to him. When AB logs in, he can access Report Center and Memorized Reports but run only the assigned reports.
