The 9-digit zip code appears on BillQuick invoice without the dashes.
The reason for this is that Windows requires the dash to appear in the user interface but the database does not store this. You can resolve this issue by adding a ten-character mask in the Custom Labels screen.
1. Open Settings menu > Custom Labels and add a custom Mask &&&&&&&&&& there.
2. Save the changes. You will be prompted to apply the changes in all the screens (which have zip code field). Click Yes.
3. Next, go to View menu > Company > General tab.
4. Type your zip code, add a dash and then the four digit extension.
All invoices will now display the 9 digit zip code with a dash.
