While trying to send time entries from EngineerOffice/ArchiOffice or BillQuick to QuickBooks, user gets an error.
Error: 3310 Failed to save the Time Tracking transaction
The employee whose time entry is being sent has the option 'Use time data to create paychecks' unchecked in QuickBooks.
To resolve this error, you must check the 'Use time data to create paychecks' option in QuickBooks. You need to have this setting checked for at least one employee under Employee > Payroll and Compensation Info.
