For ArchiOffice-Outlook sync to work properly, you must set the following permissions:
1. Go to the ArchiOffice-Outlook Integration folder. 
2. Right-click on the folder and select Properties>Security>Edit>Add>Advanced>Find Now.
3. Make sure to select Full Control - Allow for all the users identified [Everyone, IIS_IUSR, IUSR, Local Service, Network Service and Users (Domain Users, if applicable)].
4. Next, uncheck the Read-only option on the ArchiOffice 2013 Outlook Integration Properties screen.
