User is unable to attach receipts to expense entries in Web Suite.
Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. An expense entry, in either Simple Expense Log or Expense Log, must be saved before the attachment option appears.
2. Disable any pop-up blockers in your web browser.
For the website or BillQuick administrator:
1. The user must have read-write access to the shared location of the attachments folder.
2. The user's security profile must have sufficient rights.
