User gets an error message when trying to create a custom report in BillQuick:
"The following file is missing...CRW32.EXE"
It seems the path to the Crystal Reports application is not correctly specified in BillQuick.
Solution: Please follow the steps below to correct this:
1. Go to the Settings menu and choose User Preferences.
2. Select the Folders panel.
3. Specify the exact location of your Report Designer (Crystal Reports) by clicking the browse icon.
4. When done, click Save and then Close to exit.
