Users receive this error while running a report using QuickBooks Sync or other options in ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice:
This error can occur due to several reasons:
- Type of Internet browser used
- System being low on resources
- User has a large database and the query, which drives the report, is not optimized
The following options can resolve the issue:
- At times, some browsers, especially Firefox, cause unexpected behavior. In that case, you can switch to another browser such as Google Chrome.
- If your system is low on resources, you need to increase the hard disk space and RAM.
