Time entries are not transferring to QuickBooks from ArchiOffice.
The time entry sync problem is caused when a new project in the Projects screen is given a similar job code set in the Preferences screen, which has already been synced to QuickBooks, causing duplication of that data.
Let us say we have two projects, P1 and P2, and both have similar job code JC set in the Preferences screen. Also, both projects are already synced with QuickBooks. Now if we create a new project P3 in the Projects screen with the same job code JC and then create a time slip using it, we assume that the time entry will be transferred to QuickBooks when we try to sync data. However, the time slip does not get transferred to QuickBooks, although the job code JC is already synced with QuickBooks.
Because the job code JC, associated with the project P3, was created in the Projects screen and not inherited from the Preferences screen, you have to sync it separately with QuickBooks. Job codes in the Preferences screen that have already been synced with QuickBooks must be synced again in case a new project is associated with the same job code.
