User gets a Crystal Reports error while running reports in BillQuick.
These are the steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. In case it is a temporary resource issue with your computer, try clearing your Temporary Internet files using the Windows Disk Cleanup tool. You can find it easily but typing 'Disk Cleanup' in the Windows search bar.
2. Reinstall the printer driver on your machine.
3. Reinstall BillQuick on your system as an Administrator.
4. Update the Crystal Reports engine to the latest version/service pack. See http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-27917
