After you have created an estimate in BillQuick (see the BillQuick Help for how to create estimates), you can use it for the following:
Using the Estimate screen's button panel,
• Click Email to send the estimate to the client via email.
• Click Tools and select ‘Convert to Budget’ to convert this estimate into an internal budget.
• Click Tools and select Create Invoice to convert an estimate into a manual invoice.
• Click Tools and select Assign to assign this estimate to a project or multiple projects.
