When a user converts an older version of BillQuick database to a new version, it displays the following message after login:
Number of authorized users = 0
Number of logged users = 0
This problem occurs on installations that previously used BillQuick in evaluation mode. The problem also occurs when the user enters Registration Key prior to entering the License Key.
You can correct the problem by upgrading your executable with the latest version. If you have not done so using the automatic upgrade, you can download the latest build executable from our web site. Simply extract the content of the zip file and copy the executable to your BillQuick installation folder. By default, BillQuick 20xx is installed in C:\Program Files\BillQuick20xx folder.
