User is not able to view reports in a web browser. Windows 7 (32-bit) cannot print reports. Clicking on the report either causes another browser to open with the same page or the screen flashes and nothing happens at all.
Do the following to resolve the issue:
1. Check the Event Viewer in the Control Panel under Administrative Tools. The user receives the error shown below 'Event ID 33' in which the Crystal Reports viewer fails to start.
2. Download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package from Microsoft's website to correct the problem and then run reports.
