User is not able to sync ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 20xx data with QuickBooks.
When a user is using Firefox browser for ArchiOffice 20xx, the new Firefox update automatically disables the Java plugin. Therefore, if users try to sync their ArchiOffice data with QuickBooks, nothing happens. You have to enable the Java plugin for the sync feature to work. Alternatively, you may switch the browser to Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
To enable the Java plugin:
1. At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager will open.
2. Select the Plugins panel.
3. To enable the Java plugin, select it from the list and click Enable. Enabling a plugin will turn it on.
