User gets a JavaException error message when billing in ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 20xx.
This error is caused due to an incorrect version of Java being used. This error occurs only if the user is using Java 5.
You must update your Java 5 version to Java SE 6, if using ArchiOffice 2011. To uninstall your older Java version and install a newer version, check out these:
