User gets an error when syncing ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 20xx with Microsoft Outlook.
For the ArchiOffice Sync feature to communicate with MS Outlook, the server must be able to recognize the Outlook sync tool. To fix this error, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the server firewall temporarily.
2. Start the sync process as usual.
3. Now turn on the firewall.
The next time you sync, you don't need to turn the firewall off. The above steps have to be done once so that the server recognizes the Outlook sync tool.
