When exiting BillQuick, user receives an error. The message is as follows:
Error Soure = mscorlib
Error Message: Access to the path ‘C:\Program Files\BillQuick20xx\20xxxxxx_xx.csv’ is denied.
User gets this error message when read/write access to the BillQuick installation folder is not provided and usage tracking is enabled.
#1: You can fix this error by granting read/write permissions to the BillQuick installation folder for the users. Follow the steps below to enable these permission:
1. Open My Computer and navigate to C:\Program Files\ and locate the folder labeled BillQuick 20xx.
2. Right-click the BillQuick 20xx folder and select Properties.

a. Click Folder Options and go to the View tab.b. In the Advanced Settings section, clear the 'Use simple file sharing (Recommended)' checkbox.c. Click OK.
4. Find you user name or group on the Security tab; check the boxes Read and Write, if they are not already checked.

#2: Alternatively, you can turn off Usage Tracking in BillQuick. This option should only be used if the above mentioned steps do not fix the issue.
1. In BillQuick, go to Settings menu, User Preferences.
2. Go to the Options tab.
3. Check “Turn Off Usage Tracking”.
4. Save your settings and close the screen.
