When opening Web Suite, an error message is displayed that states:
There is an error in the Crystal Decision wrapper. This is caused by a damaged CRVS2005 installation.
To repair this installation, please follow the steps mentioned below:
1. On the server where Web Suite is installed, open My Computer.
2. Navigate to the Web Suite installation folder typically located in C:\Program Files\BillQuick Web Suite\Web Suite 20xx Server Manager.
3. Locate the file CRVS2005 and double-click it to launch the installer. Make sure you are logged in with administrative privileges.
4. Choose the option to install or repair the installation.
5. When the installation completes, restart the server.
