By default, security in BillQuick is turned off. You can know the status of your security by looking at the bottom of BillQuick. If turned off, please follow the steps below to enable security.
1. If security is turned off, log in as a Supervisor.
2. Go to Settings menu>Security; the Supervisor account should be pre-selected.
3. Just above the Employee dropdown list, you will see a checkbox for security.
4. Check this box and hit Save.
BillQuick's security feature should now be turned on.
