When trying to get employee or client data from QuickBooks into BillQuick (or ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice), user receives an error:

This type of error is caused due to improper security permissions.
In QuickBooks, follow the below steps:
1. Go to Edit menu, Preferences and select Integrated Applications.
2. On the Company Preferences tab, select BillQuick-QuickBooks or ArchiOffice-QuickBooks by BQE Software and click Properties.
3. Check the option to allow the application to access Social Security numbers, customer credit card information, and other personal data.
4. Select OK and close the Properties screen.
You should now be able to get your employee or client data from QuickBooks.
