On exporting a report or invoice that is using large fonts to PDF format, it fails to show the large font size and displays the information in a reduced font size. Is there any way to export using large fonts?
This can be accomplished by making a modification to your Windows registry. Make sure you back up your Registry file first. See the Microsoft article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756

- From your Windows Start menu, select Run.
- Type Regedit and click ‘OK”.
- Expand the folders using the ‘+’ sign.
- Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Business Objects > Suite 12.0 > Crystal Reports.
- Right-click the Crystal Reports folder and select New, Key and name it Export.
- Right-click the Export folder and select New, Key and name it PDF.
- Right-click the PDF and select New, DWord and enter the value 00000001 and name ForceLargerFonts.
- Restart your computer. All PDF files from BillQuick will now use the larger font size.
