After entering the license and registration keys on the Product Activation screen, user receives a message:
‘License Key Invalid’.
You may receive this message for one of the following reasons:
• Your company name has not been entered EXACTLY as BQE Software has it registered. Please check your ‘License and Registration Keys’ email to verify the correct spelling of your company name. If it is entered incorrectly using the ‘Already Purchased’ option, the spelling must be corrected in the Company screen of BillQuick. If you are already outside of your 30-day trial and can no longer open BillQuick, please contact Technical Support at (310)602-4030 or Support@bqe.com. If BQE Software needs to correct your company name, please contact BQE Sales at (888) 245-5669.
• The license key may have already been activated on another computer. In that case, enter only the Registration Key to fully license additional stations.
• You might have opened an incorrect company file when clicking ‘Already Purchased’. You must open a database that you have created or create a new one, if not already done.
• BillQuick license keys change when you upgrade your software from a previous year. Please verify that you are using the correct keys.
