User cannot run any report or invoice in BillQuick and gets the following error message:
“This field name is not known. Details: error kind.”
This error typically occurs from all the BillQuick machines connected to one central database and in this case, user is using a SQL Server database back-end. Also, this issue is not specific to one particular report; it happens when you try to run any report/invoice in BillQuick. In that case, you most likely have a period (.) in the database file name. Removing it from your BillQuick SQL Server database file name will fix this issue.
