User wants to limit the list of projects by employee in Web Suite.
There are a few ways to limit the number of items shown in drop-down lists and grids. Timekeepers can make their own filtered list in Web Suite by clicking on the Filters link next to the Project or Activity field. Management can control the list of projects and activity codes a timekeeper sees by using Project Control or Employee Control. Check the BillQuick Help for more details on these features.
