Changing the project status from Active to Main in BillQuick does two things:
1. Time and expenses can no longer be billed to a Main parent project nor can you bill a project at that level. This is because time and expenses should be billed properly by phase.
2. There are a number of reports and invoice templates that work with phased projects, and roll up report, revenue, budget and other details to the Main project. They require a Main project at the top to work.
