Whenever user enters time in Simple Time Card in one time period and then goes to another time period, a lot of the jobs stay in the field. This is nice for some employees who work on the same jobs all the time, but others are working on different jobs. User wants to know if there a way to make the time sheet default to ‘blank’ when switching from one hourly period to another.
Yes, you can do that. Go to the Settings menu, User Preferences-Options screen. In the 'Auto-fill Simple TE and Cal View with the Last...Projects' field, select 0. Save the setting. This setting is saved on a PC by PC basis. These screens will no longer pre-fill the time entry grid with previously used projects.
