User would like to always have an open memo box in Sheet View and other screens in BillQuick.
To do so:
1. Go to the Settings menu > User Preferences > Options.
2. Under Navigation, check the Remember State of Collapsible Panels on All Screens option.
This will make BillQuick remember the state of the memo boxes, whether open or closed in a screen.
