User gets the following error while upgrading or converting data to ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice 20xx:
To fix this error:
1. Find the ArchiOffice 20xx Conversion Tool.
2. Right-click on its icon and select 'Run as Administrator'.
The issue should be resolved.
