User gets the following error when trying to run a report in BillQuick. This happens on all the machines that have BillQuick installed on them.
You can fix this problem by doing the following:
1. Un-install your Crystal Reports software and then re-install it.
2. Also un-install Wind2 and Power Tools from your system.
3. Disable your antivirus software.
4. Now install Crystal Reports 20xx (a trial version is also available). You must reboot your system after this installation.
