When user launches BillQuick Agent on a Windows PC, it displays a message:
"BillQuick Agent 20xx needs a minimum of 1024 x 768 resolution to run."
The minimum screen resolution supported by Windows 8 is 1024x768 and hence BillQuick Agent needs that minimum resolution to run.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Open your application's properties and on the Compatibility tab, check the option: 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings'.
2. Click Apply and then OK.
