User wants to know how clients paying with a credit card through BillQuick can opt to customize the amount due on the invoice. In the company Global Settings-Merchant screen or while making a payment, the option of changing the full amount of the invoice due is not available.
Simply change the Innovative Web Link in the Global Settings > Merchant screen to https://pay1.plugnpay.com/payment/pay.cgi?askamtflg=1& and click Save.
After it is updated, a field where clients can enter the amount they want to pay will be available in the Payment screen.
