User wants to disconnect and then reconnect BillQuick Online with QuickBooks Online.
Sometimes users create more than one QuickBooks Online database and BillQuick Online does not know which one to connect to for data synchronization. Hence, users need to first disconnect BillQuick Online with their QuickBooks Online application and then connect again to the correct database.
To do that, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://apps.intuit.com/.
2. Click on My Apps on the right and select the BillQuick app.
4. Click Disconnect.
5. Now go to BillQuick Online > Home page > QuickBooks > Sync > Sync Center and click Connect to QuickBooks.
