To create a new event in ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice:
1. Click the New button on the Calendar screen or click the Add button on your Events user portal.
2. Select a Project and enter an Event description.
3. Choose the event Type (Appointment, Milestone, To Do, etc.)
4. Select a Date, Start and End times (hh:mm AM) for the event.
5. Enter any additional Notes.
6. The Attendees list will be populated with the name of the current user. Add additional members from the Team list or Assign All if they are all attending.
7. You may add Project Contacts to the Attendees list or Assign All if they are all attending.
8. Click Assign Document to attach a document to this event.
9. To create a repetitive event, click the Repeating link near the Date field.
10. In the Event Recurrence dialog, specify your preferences. Click OK.
