When trying to install ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice, user receives error messages.
This error may occur because you do not have sufficient permission to access the folders needed by the installer to install ArchiOffice.
To correct the problem, please do the following:
- Make sure you are logged into the server with a Local Administrator account. If you get this error, you may be logged in with a Domain Administrator account.
- Ensure the path of the Administrator’s user variables in the system properties of the temp and tmp variables are as follows:
TEMP:%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
TMP:%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
