You may want to create rules within Microsoft Outlook to move inbound emails to their correct ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice > Client folder automatically.
To do so:
1. In Outlook, select File menu > Manage Rules & Alerts.
2. On the Email Rules tab, click New Rule.
3. Make sure ‘Move messages from someone to a folder’ is highlighted
4. In the bottom section (Step 2), click the link ‘people or public group’.
5. Use your address book to locate the contact and then click OK.
6. Click the link ‘Specified’. You must choose the client folder, i.e., ArchiOffice/Company eMails/{Client Name} and click OK.
7. Check the summary at the bottom of the screen to make sure the rule is set up correctly. Click Finish and OK.
8. Repeat the above steps for other clients.
Note: Remember to re-sync emails to view any new inbound emails.
