After setting up the sync options in ArchiOffice/EngineerOffice Preferences screen:
1. Open the Contacts screen from the navigation bar. You can also go to Projects > General > Project Contacts.
2. Make sure the Outlook and Sync boxes are checked.
2. Enter a valid Email address in the given field.
3. Send an email from ArchiOffice by clicking the Email icon.
4. When you do so, a new message window opens. Write the email as you normally would and click the Send button.
5. You may be prompted to Allow Access to your Outlook program; click Allow. The ArchiOffice Company/Project/Contact eMails folders are created under the Outlook Inbox.
6. If syncing for the first time, Project email folders must be “pushed out” to Outlook from ArchiOffice. To do this, go to Projects > General tab and click the Email icon for the relevant contact with a valid email address. An email folder for the project is created in Outlook under the ArchiOffice folder. The creation of these email folders in Outlook is how ArchiOffice and Outlook can sync.
7. To sync, you can drag and drop emails into the ArchiOffice email folders in Outlook.
8. Then click the main Sync button in ArchiOffice and choose the Emails option. Click Sync.
