User doesn't want BillQuick to evaluate and mark time entries non-billable when the amount spent on the project goes over the contract for Fixed Fee contract types. User wants to keep all time on a Fixed project billable even though the amount spent on it is greater than the contract amount.
To resolve this, on the BillQuick > Project screen, go to the Detail tab and check Skip Automatic TE Eval option for time entries and Skip Automatic EL Eval for expense entries. This will allow you to enter billable time over the contract for time and/or expenses. If you would like to globally update all the projects, this can be done from the Settings menu-Global Settings-Time/Expense section.
